A combination of powerful techniques such as transformative breathwork, Kundalini activation and Innerdance and specific frequencies that allow you to release stagnant energy and physical imprints of past traumatic or stressful experiences and reconnect with your higher self as you free yourself from the burdens of the past.
The special combination of breath, touch and movement releases tension and emotional blockages in different parts of our body, while the Kundalini energy regenerates us on both a cellular and vibrational level. The specific frequencies used also work at the level of the brain, so that a kind of brain reset and reconnection takes place.
